Yoga was excellent! Our instructor, Sonia Peltzer strategically gave us certain yoga poses/moves for day 1 & day 2 that were perfect for our activities on each day. With body sores on Sunday morning after Saturday rock climbing, the yoga poses were perfect!

The whole retreat experience both the climbing/ yoga was amazing! Amy, Jo and Casey were great teachers and they were patient and attentive. They made sure that were safe and comfortable to proceed to the next challenge. I am very grateful and happy of choosing this retreat. Lastly, the location was perfect.
